Overview

MH Journeys, LLC d/b/a Urban Playground ("we," "us," or "our") operates Zeb, an AI-powered team building assistant available as a Slack application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Zeb.

Information We Collect

When your organization installs and uses Zeb, we collect the following information:

From Slack:

Slack Workspace ID — to identify your organization

Slack Channel ID — to deliver responses to the correct channel

Slack User ID — to identify individual users within your workspace

Message content — the text you send to Zeb via the /zeb slash command

Installer name — the name associated with the Slack account of the person who installs Zeb

Installer email address — the work email associated with the Slack account of the person who installs Zeb

Slack User ID and display name — to track individual usage for HR reporting purposes

From Slack installation:

When you install Zeb via the Add to Slack button, we collect your name and email address from your Slack profile, your workspace name, and your workspace ID. When you use the /zeb slash command, we collect your Slack display name for usage reporting purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver team building activity recommendations via Zeb,

  • Maintain your account and subscription status,

  • Send onboarding and product communications to the installer,

  • Improve the quality of Zeb's recommendations over time,

  • Track usage to provide support and ensure service reliability, and

  • Generate usage reports for HR administrators showing individual employee engagement with Zeb, including activity counts and frequency of use.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Airtable and HubSpot CRM. We do not sell your data to any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Slack Data

Zeb only reads messages sent directly to it via the /zeb slash command. Zeb does not read, store, or process any other messages in your Slack workspace.

We store the following Slack data:

  • Your workspace ID and bot access token (required to deliver responses), and

  • The content of /zeb commands for the purpose of generating activity recommendations

We do not store the full history of your Slack messages.

Third-Party Services

Zeb uses the following third-party services to operate:

Anthropic Claude — AI language model used to generate activity recommendations

Airtable — database storage for activity library and client records

HubSpot — CRM for managing client relationships

Make.com — automation platform that powers the Zeb workflow

Squarespace — website and subscription management

Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and data security practices.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your data, we will remove your information from our systems within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you,

  • Request correction of inaccurate data,

  • Request deletion of your data, and

  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or via a notice in the Zeb application.
