1. Acceptance of Terms By installing or using the Zeb application ("Zeb", "the App") offered by MH Journeys, LLC d/b/a Urban Playground ("Urban Playground", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service Zeb is a Slack application that provides team building activity recommendations to users within their Slack workspace. Recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and are based on the activity library maintained by Urban Playground.

3. Use of the Service You agree to use Zeb only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use Zeb to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through Slack.

4. Subscription Plans Zeb is available in Free and Premium tiers. Free users receive access to a limited activity library. Premium users receive access to the full library. Subscription terms and pricing are available at urbanplaygroundgames.com.

5. Intellectual Property All activity content, recommendations, and materials provided through Zeb are the property of Urban Playground and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties Zeb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Urban Playground does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Playground shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zeb.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Zeb after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
